Motorized LEGO Santa's Sleigh and Reindeer

I decided I needed to get creative with Santa's sleigh and reindeer from the Santa's Workshop LEGO set (10245). I built a motorized base that tranforms it from a static model into a kinetic sculpture. The sleigh moves up and down and the reindeer gallop.

The base uses a simple set of drive shaft and crank shafts to control the motion, and can be controlled by hand or with a Power Functions M-Motor.
